Fees
Session Fees and Location
My fee is £70 per 50 minute session.
Individual therapy is usually at a set time and day once a week.
I ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice of a cancellation, otherwise there may be a charge for the session.
I work both in person, based in Southsea, and also remotely by Zoom.

Part of our initial conversation will likely include what will work best for you, including if you would prefer to work to a set number of sessions or keep our sessions open-ended. One of my roles as your therapist is to do myself out of a job, we therefore will always work with an end in mind, but can keep that open and flexible depending on your needs, wishes and circumstances.
