As a BACP accredited psychotherapist and an LGBTQIA+ affirming practitioner, I provide a safe, non-judgemental space where we can explore your internal struggles to understand them better.
My process is one of exploration and curiosity, allowing us to consider unconscious processes and underlying self-beliefs. This exploration into the deeper parts of the self often takes longer and so consider giving 6 months or so of weekly sessions for us to understand you in your context, how your inner world has been formed and identify the root of the issue that brought you to therapy.
